Testimonials

Hi, I just happened across your site while getting ideas for my wire wrap gemstones and sea glass.

The fact that you give away information, don’t insist personal information, has bought my business already.

To add to the joy (yes, I’m prone to hyperbole but I’m absolutely enchanted with your business model), you add stone treatment information rather than burying it somewhere.

It’s very important to me to be able to tell my customers the what’s been done to their stones, the quality, source and composition of the gems they buy.

I believe I’m the only vendor to have the FCC and AGIA disclosure booklets available at any festival I’ve attended.

You have a customer now and, if OK, I will use your page on stone treatments, with proper attribution of course, as a handout at my next festival the end of this month.

Brightest blessings,

Liz

Amber Gemstone Beads, Pendants and Cabochons

Premium quality wholesale Amber gemstone beads, pendants and cabochons for jewelry making and designing. Carefully selected gemstones help you create outstanding necklaces, bracelets and earrings. True Amber beads, pendants and cabochons are made from fossilized tree resin. The resin is millions of years old and came from ancient pines and conifer trees that are now extinct. Many jewelry designers appreciate the time it took nature to produce this beautiful product. Some pieces marketed today as Amber are tree resin, but not old enough to qualify as true Amber. Amber is very light and, although not a mineral, it is considered precious. It is the only "precious stone" that floats. Avoid exposing Amber to alcohol, contained in many hairsprays and perfumes, or ether which may cause it to lose its luster. Amber is found in the Baltic Coast, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Russia and the U.S.A. Amber, which some believe brings luck, may also help balance the endocrine and digestive systems. It may aid eyesight and help reduce swelling of the glands in the throat and lungs. Some of our small amber cabochons could have been heated but there was no foreign material added to the amber. They will be marked as heated though they may also be natural.
