All shipping is with USPS. Turquoise Magpie Gemstones is not financially responsible for any shipments lost, pilfered, damaged or destroyed. We cannot be held responsible for your selection of a lower shipping rate with no insurance.

Returns are accepted when returned within 14 days of the shipping date if merchandise is returned in its original condition with a copy of the original invoice. Sorry, returns are not accepted on Supersale and Closeout items.

If your order falls below the free shipping amount after the return is subtracted, your refund will be adjusted for the shipping fee. This occurs when the merchandise you return adjusts your total purchase to less than the free shipping amount.
