Carefully selected gemstones help you create outstanding necklaces, bracelets and earrings. Smoky quartz is brown and translucent. At times it has been incorrectly called smoky topaz. Among other things, this stone is purported to help bring calm and relieve depression and stress. Smoky quartz has been said to help remove toxins from the body and aid the adrenal gland in proper functioning. It is also said to help with problems of the lower torso such as issues with the kidneys, abdomen, pancreas, reproductive organs, and with menstrual cramps and fertility issues.
